Good location. Exactly as advertised. Lots of street noise during the night but that's not the hotel's fault. Served as a good overnight stay between cruise ship arrival and next day train departure.

Below average
The pictures make it look much nicer than it actually is. Was fixed up nice at one point and maintained poorly since. Dirty rooms and lots of mold in the bathroom. Location was about the only thing it had going for it.

Fantastic
The Moda is somewhat minimalist compared to big hotels, but I liked that. There's no gym, no pool, no breakfast buffet, etc. But the staff were so kind, friendly, and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable. We were a group of four in three rooms: my sister, me, and my cousin and his wife. We all were on the same floor. One morning my water would not get hot, so I took a pretty cool shower. I told the staff about it, they apologized and said the water heater was in the process of being fixed, and they gave me a $100 discount for that night.

I paid $757.00 for 2 nights, at the hotel it was $245.00 per night, much cheaper, not worth the money I paid, very old hotel, old decor, dirty bathroom, not recommend it at all.

The location of the hotel is really convenient, the staff is really helpful and awesome customer service. The room was okay, but I found some hairs in the washroom, but the rest of the room was okay. Thank you!
