Fantastic
Love the location loved all restaurants that were nearby. Breakfast was awesome at the hotel. Didn’t try the Italian restaurant, but it looked lovely. The staff was really helpful very friendly. I will recommend it to anyone that is travelling to Vancouver. I may even come visit again and stay there. I liked it that much.

Keep in mind the hotel is a boutique hotel...so the rooms are tiny, the shower is tiny. But it's very cute and the location is perfect. If you like cold rooms when you sleep, then this is the place for you. There is a fridge and coffee pot, they make the most of the tiny space. The location was A++++

We recently stayed at Hotel Moda for two nights during the World Cup and paid just over $2,000 for our stay, so $1000 per night CAD. At that price point, we expected a much higher-quality hotel experience. The location is excellent and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the hotel itself did not live up to the premium price we paid. Our room was quite dated, and both the second floor hallway and our room had a noticeable musty odor attempting to be covered up by a strong chemical cleaner smell. When we checked in, there wasn't even any soap in the room, requiring a trip to the front desk to get basic amenities. The TV was comically small, and it and phone also appeared to be about 20 years old. These are issues I would overlook at a budget hotel, but not when paying more than $1,000 per night. What makes this even more frustrating is that the exact same room is now being advertised for around $225 per night. While I understand that major events drive hotel rates higher, the quality of the accommodations simply did not justify the price we were charged. The hotel also appeared relatively quiet and not particularly busy during our stay. If you're booking at the hotel's normal rates, the location and service may make it a reasonable choice. However, based on our experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering paying event-priced rates here, as the accommodations do not match the premium cost.
