All good . Excellent location. Staff very friendly and helpful.

All the amenities at the hotel were good and it was nice to have a swim in the pool. It looks as though the carpets in the public areas have been renewed very recently and the superior room we had was spacious enough for the three nights we were there. The hotel is very well positioned for Markt Square, about 150 metres away. We felt the breakfast cost of €28 was a little much, so had breakfast elsewhere, but the drinks prices in the bar were competitive with the bars outside the hotel. The real high point was the bar staff though, who were engaging and full of suggestions of places to eat and drink. Thanks to the manager, Frankey, Nico, and the lady who served us on Friday evening (sorry, we've forgotten your name) who gave us some great suggestions of bars to visit. We've stayed here before but this time was made special by your great, friendly service! The hotel is easy to get to if you've come by train, as the cab from Bruges rail station us 10 minutes or so, and around €15.50. We really enjoyed Bruges and will return to The Navarra again.

Everything was great. Could not have been better. I would like to give a big thanks to staff. They had a place for visitors to park and charge their EBikes. That made our stay amazing. I would definitely stay again just for that alone. It's a feature I wish more hotels had.

Location was amazing, very central. Close to the centre, everywhere walkable within minutes. The hotel itself is lovely and quiet even though it is close the centre. The bar prices are reasonable in comparison to the rest of Brugge. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and spacious. Shower was great. It's a very old building as expected but excellently maintain, with the building being that old the rooms are in a bizarre layout, to get to our room (093) it was up and down stairs and 2 lifts, very strange but when we finally got to our room and unpacked, there was an exit right outside our room door, leading to an alleyway, leading to another door straight out on to the street, so this was brilliant. Access was then so easy. I would stay here again. We didn't try the breakfast as we only stayed for 3 nights and wanted to explore different places.

Great hotel, very convenient to the centre of Bruges. Parking available on site for an additional fee. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good too. There is a small pool - estimated 10m length down in the old wine cellar in the building - also a sauna. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room was nice and clean. Staff greeted us with a smile. Breakfast was ok, as I was expecting that they would have waffles as part of the buffet breakfast…but they did. The location was great, walking distance to the square, also secluded enough that we slept well.

Great accomodation. Friendly staff.

Bien située. Sauna et piscine agréable.
