I stayed at Hilton Sharm El Sheikh, and it was one of the best experiences I鈥檝e had with Hilton.
The check-in process was smooth and professional. I requested both a room change and an upgrade, and everything was handled quickly and efficiently. I also asked for a specific room view, and they went above and beyond to make it happen.
What truly stood out to me, however, was the hotel staff. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel at home. A special thank you to Mohammad Dimey and Yasir the bus driver,the team for their outstanding hospitality and excellent service.
I would also like to give special recognition to the entertainment team, who were absolutely fantastic. Their energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism made every day enjoyable and helped create a great atmosphere around the hotel. A special thank you to Diego and Fox, who were always friendly, engaging, and full of positive energy. I would also like to thank the two wonderful ladies on the entertainment team for their kindness, hard work, and for making guests feel welcome and included in the activities.
Thank you to everyone at Hilton Sharm El Sheikh for making my stay such a memorable experience. I truly felt at home and will definitely be returning in the future. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh.
