Great

Stayed with friends

Lovely hotel in a great position. We booked a cheap room but were still disappointed it was so close to the noisy lifts and had no natural daylight.(251). Would book again, but a better grade of room. All staff very helpful. Ate from the bar snacks menu, good value for money and decent portions sizes.

Good location. Good breakfast and good pool. Review only rates it as OK as the AC didn't work properly in our room and the shower head was not properly secured. It was also annoying that the Terrace bar didn't open until 9pm. Sort out these minor issues and the hotel could get 4 or even 5 stars.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our terrace room was fantastic, the outdoor space so nice for relaxing after a day of visiting beautiful Granada. The close proximity to the Alhambra was very convenient but not the best part of the hotel. Professional, helpful staff, lovely pool, and accommodations made for a perfect stay. Highly recommend, and if you can get a patio/terrace room, do so!
