Disappointing experience. The biggest issue is the completely wrong location listed on Expedia. The actual place is nowhere near the shown address on the map – this is misleading. The owner was not understanding at all and refused to acknowledge the mistake. There were ongoing construction works, the room smelled strongly of paint, and there was no WiFi despite it being advertised. We even had to switch rooms because the family room had no internet. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place due to the false location and poor service.

늦게 도착하여 간신히 통화되었는데 방이 없다고 하면서 내일 오면 환불해 주겠다고 함. 투숙도 하지 못하고 새벽 2시30분에 오고 갈 곳이 없어 공항으로 다시 돌아가 한 잠 자지 못하고 꼬박 밤을 지세웠음. 지불한 방 값은 어떻게 하면 돌려 받을 수 있는 지 알려주세요 피해도 보상 받고 싶습니다

room is okay, but am just wondering why they ask another 300 pesos for the shuttle bus when the shuttle bus service is already included to the package. honestly is still the best.

I enjoyed a 28-day stay at Catalinas Inn. Although it’s a budget hotel our room was satisfactory. The staff really shone at Catalinas. Our stay was made more enjoyable because of their kindness and friendliness. The food was great and we liked the location.

The post said that it included a free airport shuttle . That was not true . The first room i stayed in was completely dirty to the point where i had to be moved to another room . No wi-fi no tv and the power was out for a few hours during the night . Horrible stay i would not recommend this place
