It was a great experience staying at Chancellor Hotel. Excellent customer service and experience, comfy and clean. Staffs were all nice and approchable. With free shuttle to D' Mall (Back and Fort), and we've also experienced the breakfast buffet.

This hotel exceeded our expectations to the highest level. From the interior of the rooms, amenities, cleanliness & customer service, everything was definitely a top notch. If you’re looking to stay at a more peaceful side of Boracay, budget-friendly but has 5-star hotel experience, this is definitely the place to be. The hotel itself is brand new with less than a year since they operated, giving you a premium experience. If you’re worrying about the tranfers to and from D’Mall, they do provide free shuttle service atleast every 2 hours. Breakfast during our stay was served upon order and made fresh everytime. Tho this is not the usual buffet style, our breakfast was still unlimited, which made it even better than a buffet! Overall, this hotel is absolutely worth every penny!

All I can say at least is incredible hotel. Amazing staff. Attentive, friendly and accommodating. Superb experience overall. Everything was premium without breaking the bank. You get what you paid for! Will definitely come back

Excellent service! Great location and ambience.

We had a wonderful stay. One of the highlights was being allowed to check in as early as 9:00 AM, which was greatly appreciated after our trip. The breakfast selection was decent and satisfying, and the hot chocolate is definitely a must-try—rich, comforting, and a perfect way to start the day. The shuttle service was also very convenient, making it easy to get around without any hassle. Overall, the staff was accommodating, and the amenities added to a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We would gladly stay here again.

Great service and nice (new) hotel. Location is a bit far from main station but shuttle is provided. If you want a more relaxing and quieter vibe, this is good. Highly recommended!

Chancellor Boracay is a comfortable and budget friendly hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a relaxing atmosphere. It’s a bit away from the crowded beachfront, which makes it quieter and more peaceful, but still accessible to key areas.
