We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was very clean, comfortable, and peaceful. The staff were friendly and very helpful during our visit. The location was convenient and close to everything we needed. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back again. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Solo stay

Location good and convenient, Great price, friendly staff. This room is a fully equipped apartment with a kitchen that has a built in stove and full size fridge. There is a clothes washer in the room. I stayed and extended multiple times and would highly recommend.

I had a short stay at WH Bassac Residence and overall found it to be a straightforward, functional option in Phnom Penh. The check-in process was seamless and easy. Everything was clearly communicated and access to the room was smooth, which is always appreciated — especially for shorter stays when you don’t want unnecessary friction. The room itself has more of an apartment vibe than a traditional hotel feel. It’s cozy but not cramped, and there’s actually a good amount of space. It’s not flashy or luxury-forward, but it’s practical and comfortable. The kitchen area in particular is spacious, which is a plus if you prefer having room to prepare food or stay a bit longer. The bathroom and shower are where the property feels more basic. It’s functional — everything works — but it definitely leaves room for improvement. Depending on your needs and priorities, this may or may not matter. If you’re just looking for something that does the job, it’s fine. If bathroom quality is a top priority for you, this might feel underwhelming. Overall, it’s a practical, apartment-style stay that works well for short visits.
