very good and clean environment. All staff including cleaning staff are polite and helpful. 50% breakfast menu change daily, foot quality in the restaurant is good too, free shuttle bus service is available. Overall experience is excellent

This hotel is so clean and environment friendly. You can easily approach any one of the staff, they're all easy to talk to, even the cleaners and security greet you very cheerfully. Check in and check out was very efficient. Breakfast buffet is very good (the staff though should smile a bit haha). Establishments are very accessible, Kai Tak Mall by walking, Airside/MTR by free shuttle buses. The surrounding environment is non-chaotic, very relaxing (harbour is nearby) and clean. I would really love to come back!

1.swimming pool is small, the life guard is an old uncle who was watching youtube with his cell while on his duty. the sound from the youtube was loud, n he kept looking down the cell. what is his job for being a life guard? 2. the shuttle picking up /drop off point is very bad , as it is not a proper pick up point coz guests need to walk on the grass area with their suitcases. 3. breakfast is so so , the young man in charge of the cafe area , who looks grumpy n very series and shows tense on his face, n walk quickly around without smile even we had eye contact , that makes a series n tense vibe in breakfast time. however, 1. the hotel is new 2. my connected room is comfy 3. easy to assess the stadium and other shopping mall 4. welcome drink is thoughful

Husband and I stayed here for a night because of the Coldplay concert. Our room got upgraded to the family room, which was smaller than expected but very clean. As locals, we didn’t really care that it wasn’t very close to the MTR station as it was a nice escape from the busy city life. There are shuttle buses for anyone who needs it. We would return for a longer staycay.
