The property has so much potential and the host/care taker is friendly. However, we had multiple issues during our brief stay. We were set to stay all 8 nights but we left on day 4 since the water was off inside the house (2nd time in the 4 day stay) and the electricity went out - meaning no air conditioning, no lights, etc. The food that we purchased spoiled in the refrigerator due to the length of the black out. Earlier in our stay, we were met with 3 lizards inside the house (2 in the bedrooms and 1 in the living room). We got over that quickly since we understand that it’s the middle of the jungle; however, the additional inconveniences just put us over the edge. The road to the hotel is quite bumpy and I would suggest a bigger SUV type car for your stay. Additionally, make sure you have everything you need prior to calling it a night. There aren’t any restaurants or convenience stores nearby. As nice as it may seem, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Awesome place, Cenote is amazing and the staff is helpful. The road in was a bit rough on our little rental car.

Having a cenote almost for ourself and included in the rental is amazing, it's also really pretty and quiet. The guardian is here 24/7 and was very nice, he tried to help us with disfonctionning lights in the pool. That's the part that was a bit disappointing, the equipments weren't of great quality and we only had cold water in the shower. But in general it's a really good place to stay if you have a car.

This was such a unique and fun place to stay for a few days! The private cenote on the property was amazing and fun to swim in. I would recommend that you take caution if you have small children because the layout of the house would be challenging with little ones (every room is separate and accessible by a bridge over a moat). We had our 8 year old with us and he loved it. There are different units in the complex that have different set ups but that was the layout of ours. Also the kitchen has pretty much nothing so make sure you buy everything including coffee, filters, cooking spray and water. If you don’t have your own transportation then you will need to cook all your meals since there are no restaurants within walking distance. I would say this place is best for a few night stay and not longer. My husband joked that it was built for Instagram, not long term living. It’s in my absolute top five unique and amazing places to stay from all of my travels.

The property itself is realy cool and unique, the cenote is awsome but to get there you have to drive off the path a bit maybe 10 to 15 min. On a dirt road with absolutely no light at night, communication was awsome and staff very helful, its secure but dont feel as secluded as i anticipared due to the other property being directly next to our loft, and you can pretty much see everything we are doing due to the glass walls, make sure you have mosquito repellent because you will definitely need it

Fantastic
Really amazing stay with private cenote in the jungle. Only thing is its far from everything so you will need to pay for taxi even to go buy water. Better rent a car.
