booked 2 night for celebrating my biirthday. Athough they gave me a single bed at first even the booking mentioned a double bed, they managed to change the room and offer a free upgrade just within min. 10/10 customer service

We have a great stay here. The hotel look new & clean, and very accessible to place like Mongkok and Tsim Sha Tsui by bus. The MTR is near as well but need to walk abit. The only regret is we booked thru Klook, we can get it MUCH cheaper if we book with other platform, and Klook is not responding to my email.
