The hostel is perfectly situated near the Z2/Z4 exit of the Taipei Main Station. The staff were also friendly and accommodating. They had lots of amenities too for its price — free bottled water, daily towel change, etc.

If you're looking for a cheapest place to stay near the Tapei Main Station this is a best option for you. Infairness to the location, it is very convenient to most of the places we want to visit. Well the place is good for its price but not much of the things that is usually seen at a hotel.

Great Location & Good Value! Easy check-in and check-out process, which made our stay hassle-free. The location is excellent—almost right across from Taipei Main Station for trains and buses, just a block from the pedestrian crossing. Plenty of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores like 7-11 nearby.
The common area has complimentary milk tea, tea, and coffee packets along with a water dispenser, which was a nice touch.
The bathroom is a bit small and doesn’t have a separate shower enclosure, so the whole area gets wet when showering. The room is compact, but that’s expected for Taipei hotels. It comfortably fits three people, though opening luggage can be a little tricky.
Overall, great value for money and I would book again!

Taipei Inn is an excellent place to stay in Taipei. Its location is very convenient, with easy access to convenience stores, local shops, and even popular markets. The room we booked was ideal for couples or a group of two—spacious enough without feeling crowded, and very clean. Housekeeping seems to operate every other day, and the shower heater works very effectively. Definitely highly recommended!

What a delightful stay we had! The staff's warmth and friendliness truly stood out. We loved how easily we could reach all the nearby stores, Ximen, and Taipei Main Station. I'm already missing it and we're definitely looking forward to coming back someday soon.
