We stayed at the Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort for 3 nights and had a fantastic experience. The service was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable with great turndown service, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. We loved the poolside atmosphere, the menu at DIP restaurant was impressive, and the cocktails at the Cave Bar were top-notch. Overall, a wonderful stay.

The facility is a 20 minute drive from the airport. Upon arrival, we headed right away to the lobby and was allowed early check-in since our room was already ready. The staff were very polite and accommodating. However, we weren’t informed that one of the pools was under renovation. Hence, they gave us complimentary snacks and drinks for 2 adults and 1 child at their lobby lounge (Sa Sitio). The beachfront was long compared to other hotels. However, it was really stony. Good thing they provided water shoes for all the guests. They also have plenty of activities all throughout the day which the adults and kids can participate. Some activities for kids though needs reservation and payment such as baking and painting. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, the room was very clean and the breakfast buffet had a very good selection of food from Asian to Western. We will definitely come back!

Comfort room has mild smell after cleaning but overall experience is above average. Room (per) is quoted only for one to two persons, some are 3 guests in one booking. I suggests that room should also be quoted in one booking with up to 3 guests (adults). Also, the reception area can be enclosed and add airconditioner for cooler temperature. The ambiance is very nice and we were accomodated with the best view (ocean view, thanks for the staff!). All staffs are approachable and will always greet you. Kudos for the team! Thank you.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Cebu, and it was fantastic! The modern design and breathtaking views made for a memorable experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and my room was spacious and spotless. While the air conditioner in the room wasn’t that strong, it didn’t detract from my overall comfort. The dining options, especially the breakfast buffet, were delicious. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and the pool area was a great spot to relax. I highly recommend the Sheraton Cebu and can’t wait to return!
