I found the bed sheet to be dirty on the first day of check-in, and there was hair in the floor drain. Fortunately, the staff service was very good and the issues were cleaned the following day. In terms of the room condition, it was still fairly acceptable, although there was some dust and a musty smell because the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan. Hopefully, there can be improvements in the future.

What I love about the hotel is they have refreshments at the lobby, self service store (coffee & snacks), charging ports and cool/fun ambience. Rooms are also great but it would be nice if there's instant coffee/tea at rooms but not a big deal. Beds are comfortable to sleep. I just had a hard time adjusting the vol of the TV. Location wise is great since it was right near the MRT station. Staffs are friendly and accomodating too. Overall experience is amazing place to stay/rest.

It is over 10 years visiting Night Safari and now has developed to a Mandai Parks and hotel resort. The resort is newly opened and the surrounding is still under developing. Walking distance/free shuttle to different parks, perfect for kids. Once the restaurants open in the near future, it is a perfect stay even it is slightly further away from the city center. You can always order grabs and easy to access.

We had an awesome stay here. The room was clean and the hotel staff were friendly. Our room was upgraded for free. We will definitely stay here again.

This time i am visiting Lady Gaga concert so i book this hotel. Execellence location coz it is between two MRT lines with direct access to National stadium in one of the near MRT station. Also very convenient going to Sensosa line via another near MRT station. very easy to call GRAB and access to other places also. Room is clean, though the lighting a bit dark and one of the light in the working desk is not working properly. But the bathtub is great, toliet is clean, beds are comfy!

The staff were incredibly helpful and kind throughout my stay, always going the extra mile to make sure I felt welcome. The room is clean and the hotel is in a fantastic location — accessible to everything, which made getting around super easy. I’d absolutely stay here again on my next visit and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to any friends traveling to Sg.
