The Place invites couples to indulge in a romantic culinary journey. On 13 and 14 February, guests can celebrate their love over an elevated buffet featuring premium seafood, hidden gourmet treasures, and exquisite desserts – the perfect backdrop for a truly romantic afternoon. To make the occasion even more special, there will also be a Valentine’s Day cocktail trolley offering bespoke cocktail to spice up your evening. For an extra touch of celebration, guests can enjoy a bottle of selected Champagne at a special price of HKD388. To capture the moment, a themed instant photo booth will be available for couples to preserve their sweetest smiles. End the celebration on a sweet note with romantic desserts such as Rose Crème Brûlée, Rose and Lychee White Chocolate Mousse Cake, and Rose Champagne Jelly. To usher in the Chinese New Year, The Place is delighted to present a special festive buffet from 17 to 19 February. Join us with family and friends to celebrate with auspicious flavours, featuring our Fat Choi Lo Hei, crispy Roasted Suckling Pig(Whole), and traditional sweet Chinese New Year Pudding. Embrace the joyful spirit of the Year of the Horse with this sumptuous feast, perfect for a festive reunion.

  • Seasonal Iced Seafood: The iced seafood section offers a wide array of choices for seafood lovers, including Canada Lobster Claw, Crayfish, and New Zealand Mussels. Fresh New Zealand Oyster is additionally featured during lunch period on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
  • Selected Sushi & Sashimi:The sushi and sashimi station provides six types of selected sashimi and eight to ten varieties of specialty sushi and rolls.
  • Delicious Hot Delicacies:A variety of hot dishes are available, featuring items such as freshly Grilled Wagyu Beef Tongue, and Steamed Scallops with Garlic and Vermicelli, and Oven-Roasted Pork Belly Roulade. Live stations offer made-to-order Japanese Seafood Nabe with Ramen with Kombu stock and Tomato Seafood Soup, along with other highlights like Fried Rice with Abalone, Conpoy, Shrimp and Egg.

Freshly made Hojicha Flavour Egg Waffle are prepared at the live station.   • Appetizers: Alongside guest favourites like ASC Smoked Norwegian Salmon plate with Condiments and Cold Cut and Iberian Ham with Cantaloupe and Crostini, new exquisite appetizers have been introduced. These include French Foie Gras Mousse Tartelette with Hawthorn and Toasted Pistachio and Abalone & Chicken Roulade with Sesame Oil and Sauce.
  • Selected Sushi and Sashimi: The sushi and sashimi station offers six types of selected sashimi and eight to ten varieties of specialty sushi and rolls on a rotating basis nightly, including Tuna, Yellowtail, Scallop, Sweet Shrimp, and more. During dinner, additional items such as Canada Urchin, A4 Wagyu Beef Tartare, and Salmon Roe made-to-order hand rolls are also available.

The weekend afternoon tea buffet features premium seafood, including free-flow Iced Lobster Claw, Crayfish, Blue Mussels, and Cooked Shrimp, along with a selection of sushi, salads, and cold cuts. Guests can indulge in unlimited servings of local specialty snacks such as Hong Kong-Style Swiss Chicken Wings, Local-style Faux Shark’s Fin Soup, Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken, Crispy Fried Wontons, Salty Beef Golden Brick Toast, and Crispy Fried Shrimp Toast. Additionally, a variety of exquisite desserts is available, including Grass Jelly, Honey Crunch Cake, Taro Mochi Tart, Portuguese Egg Tart, and nine flavours of MÖVENPICK® ice cream.
