Can I cancel my airport transfer booking?

Cancellations may be done by chatting with us online. Click on the 'Chat With Us' button here! You will need to provide us with the below details:

• Full name (the same name used for the booking)
• Booking number/Booking Reference ID (it looks like this: ABC123456)
• Activity name
• Supporting documents to validate cancellation/refund request (flight cancellation notices, medical-related documents etc.)

Note that cancellations made after the free cancellation period may not be fully refunded.
