Can I change my High Speed Rail ticket or add-on items?

You can't change dates for High Speed Rail tickets on Klook. You can only switch to another train or to another seat on the same travel date.

Before you pick up your ticket, cancel your booking at least 30 minutes before departure, then book again.

After you pick up your ticket, go to the High Speed Rail station at least 30 minutes before departure to make the change.

Note that each booking can be changed only once. Discounted tickets are valid only for the date and train shown on the ticket, and can only be switched to another train covered by the same discount. If you switch to a train without the same discount, you'll need to pay the fare difference. An extra 50% penalty applies if the difference isn't paid.

Add-on item dates can't be changed. Cancel your booking and book again. Check your voucher for the add-on item's validity period.
