If my booking was canceled, will I get my KlookCash back?

Any KlookCash used will automatically be refunded to your account as long as the booking was canceled within your KlookCash validity period.

Example: You have 50 KlookCash that expires on 30 Apr 2025. On 29 Apr 2025, you used 50 KlookCash on a booking.

If the booking was canceled on 1 May 2025 and it was: i. Canceled by you - you will not get 50 KlookCash back because the KlookCash would have expired on 30 Apr 2025.

ii. Canceled by the merchant or by us and the cancellation date is after your KlookCash's validity period - do reach out to us here and on a case-by-case basis, we could reimburse the KlookCash to you.
