When will I get confirmation for my booking?

For QR code or counter pick-up, you'll get confirmation within 48 hours if you booked 30 days or less before the departure date. If you have booked more than 30 days before the departure date, you'll get confirmation no later than 25 days before the departure date. We'll book your tickets as soon as they become available on the official JR system.

For ticket delivery, you'll receive confirmation and delivery within one week before your accommodation check-in or departure.
