How can I cancel or amend tickets?

The policies are different depending on the ticket pick-up method. You can find more details from the cancellation and refund policy. You can't make any amendments once the booking is confirmed. For any changes, cancel your original booking and make a new one with updated details.

  • For QR code pick-up: You can cancel your booking on Klook any time before confirmation. After confirmation, You need to cancel at least 2 days before the departure date and before you pick up the tickets. Go to "Bookings" from your Klook account to apply for a refund. In this case, you will get a full refund (including the fulfillment fee) except for a small cancellation fee of around JP¥600 per ticket. If you need cancellation or amendment after already picking up the tickets, go to a ticket office before the departure time to ask for the staff's help.

  • For QR code tickets: You can cancel your booking on Klook any time before confirmation. After confirmation, You need to cancel at least 2 days before the departure date. In this case, you will get a full refund (including the fulfillment fee) except for a small cancellation fee of around JP¥600 per ticket.

  • For delivery or pick up at the counter: You can cancel bookings on Klook only before confirmation and before the tickets are sent out for delivery.

  • For Tobu trains: Cancel your booking directly on Klook at least 1 hour before the departure time. Log in to your Klook account and go to "Bookings" to apply for a refund. You can't request to cancel or amend your tickets booked on Klook at Tobu stations.
