What happens when my claim gets approved?

You’ll get a refund within up to 30 business days once you receive an email about the approval of your claim. You’ll get 30% or 100% of the booking amount, subject to the proof submitted with your claim.

Please note that you won’t get a refund for the amount you paid to upgrade the booking with Satisfaction Guarantee even if your claim has been approved.
