How can I cancel or refund my bus ticket?

You can follow this process:

  1. Open the Klook app or go to the Klook website
  2. Open your bus ticket booking
  3. Go to the "Cancellation Policy" section to see if your tickets can be refunded
  4. If your tickets are eligible for cancellation and refund, click "Apply for Refund"
