Bookings

  1. Go to Bookings
  2. Select one of the bookings
  3. Go to "Need help with this booking?" and select "Chat with us"

    Help center
  4. Go to Klook Help Center
  5. Select the ""Chat icon"" at the bottom right

    For existing bookings that need any changes, please include the following information:
  • Your full name (as stated in your booking)
  • Your booking reference ID (example: ABC123456)
  • Package name
  • Details of the request"
