We had a great time on this tour! Our driver, Sir/Kuya Otoy, was excellent—very easy to communicate with and incredibly accommodating.
We were a group of five with two seniors, so I requested a lighter itinerary to make the trip more comfortable. Instead of following the full original schedule, we just opted for the following : visited Simala, bought pasalubong in Carcar, had lunch at House of Lechon, then continued to Sirao, Temple of Leah, and TOPS. He was very flexible and supportive of our adjustments.
He’s also a skilled driver—we had a smooth ride throughout (no one felt dizzy), and he navigated the routes really well.
The travel agency was also responsive and easy to coordinate with. They provided all the necessary details a day before the trip, which made everything seamless.

This was a fun tour. We had two different drivers—Sir Alvin in Cebu & Sir PJ in Bohol— both were excellent & very accommodating to our requests.
Sir Alvin was friendly and very thoughtful—he even checked in on us after the tour to ask how our day went, which we really appreciated.
Sir PJ, our driver in Bohol, was also very engaging. He didn’t just drive us around—he shared interesting historical insights about the places we visited, which made the experience more meaningful. He’s also great at taking tourist photos, which was a nice bonus!
PROS:
Seamless transfers from our Cebu hotel to the port, then to Bohol, and back. The travel agency was easy to communicate with and provided all driver deets a day before the trip. We got tourist seats.
CONS:
The ferry travel takes about 2 hours each way (around 4 hours total), which can eat into your tour time. If there are ferry delays—as we experienced—the itinerary may feel a bit rushed.

The driver was fantastic! Very thoughtful and entertaining, making our trip in Cebu comfortable and enjoyable. The activities were also a lot of fun, every part of the itinerary was interesting, and the guide provided was very humorous. They also looked out for our safety and helped us capture many classic, great-looking videos and photos! It felt very safe and fun; we definitely made the right choice with this tour.

Dansal was a great driver and guide for our private tour! I am 6 months pregnant and appreciate the extra effort he made to minimise walking and keep the car nice and cool. Would 100% recommend.

What a wonderful experience this tour was! It was my first full day in Cebu and I saw so many beautiful places showcasing their culture, nature and heritage. My favourite were the TOPS, Sirao Garden and the heritage house! The tour guide was helpful and informative! Thank you for an awesome trip!

More about Cebu City Tours
What to expect
Tours in Cebu City typically combine cultural stops, scenic viewpoints and opportunities to explore nearby natural sights; they suit travellers who like guided experiences and want to cover highlights without planning every detail. Many tours are relaxed in pace and family-friendly, while others emphasise active time outdoors for travellers happy to be on their feet.
How to choose
Pricing for tours in Cebu City runs from modest to mid-range, with a visible spread between budget options and more premium choices. The lower end usually offers simple group tours or basic transport and guiding, while the upper end tends to include smaller groups, additional add-ons or higher-touch service; there is real choice at both ends of the range.
When to go
Demand peaks in August and is at its lowest in November; August brings the busiest bookings and a livelier atmosphere with shorter lead times for popular departures, while November is noticeably quieter and easier to find space on the tours you want. If avoiding crowds matters most, plan for the quieter trough in November for a less busy experience.
