- Each e-ticket is subject to an additional HK$58 platform handling fee.
- Each transaction is limited to a maximum of 4 tickets.
- This event uses QR Code e-tickets; exchange for physical tickets is not available.
- Please note: Once online registration is successful, tickets cannot be changed or exchanged.
- To protect your rights, please do not purchase e-tickets from unauthorized third parties. Holders of such tickets may be denied entry, and the organizer reserves the right to cancel the tickets.
- Please verify your order details carefully. Upon successful registration, the registrant agrees to the contents and pricing of the transaction and may not refuse payment for any reason.
- Please keep your e-tickets safe. Lost, damaged, or defaced tickets will not be reissued. Any altered, photocopied, scanned, or reproduced tickets will be rendered invalid.
- In the event of extreme weather causing the event to be canceled or rescheduled, the organizer reserves the right to postpone or adjust the performance schedule. Announcements will be made in advance on the organizer's official social media platforms, and individual notifications will not be sent.
Important Notice
- Unauthorized photography, audio, and video recording are strictly prohibited inside the venue. Oversized items exceeding 38 × 30 × 20 cm (15 × 12 × 8 inches), professional cameras, audio/video recording equipment, folding chairs, stools, large support props (e.g., LED signboards), and any bulky items obstructing pathways are prohibited.
- Event tickets must be purchased through official ticketing channels. Damaged, defaced, altered, incomplete, or photocopied tickets will not be accepted.
- All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. One ticket per person. Lost standing or unreserved seating tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances.
- For safety reasons, selfie sticks are strictly prohibited within the venue premises.
