• Ticket to the Reading event* (3:00 p.m. on 12 or 13 September, Box at Freespace, West Kowloon Cultural District, free seating). The voucher must be redeemed using promo code at https://www.klook.com/zh-HK/activity/231764-beware-of-love-dialogue-reading.
• After the $1,680 VIP package is successfully purchased, the system will automatically issue a promo code to the user's account. Users can view the coupon at https://www.klook.com/zh-HK/coupons/.
• Upon successful redemption, the voucher will be displayed on the "Bookings" page of the Klook App/Web.

Mastercard Cardholders Priority Booking Terms & Conditions

• This phase of ticket sales runs from 10:00 a.m. on 26 August 2026 to 11:00 p.m. on 28 August 2026 (Hong Kong time), or until tickets are sold out, whichever comes first.
• You must log in to a KLOOK member account to complete your purchase. Each order is limited to a maximum of: – 2 × $1,680 VIP packages, or – 6 tickets of the same price category ($1,080 / $880 / $680 / $480)
• A service fee of HK$60 applies to every ticket.
• If you successfully place an order but do not receive a confirmation email, please contact bewareoflove2026@gmail.com.
• Tickets are limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis until sold out.
• Seats will be allocated according to the date and time of booking on the designated platform and will be displayed in the shopping cart before payment. Self-selection of seats is not available. Purchasers and ticket holders must accept the allocated seats and may not raise any objections.
• Each ticket is valid only for the specific date, time and seat printed on it.
• The organiser and KLOOK will not reissue or replace any ticket that is lost, defaced or stolen, and accept no liability in such cases.
• All purchased or issued tickets are non-cancellable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Any related ticket service fees or charges already paid (including but not limited to customer service fees, handling fees or administrative fees, if applicable) will not be refunded under any circumstances. Tickets may not be transferred, resold, or registered/sold through any third party, agent, broker or intermediary in any form, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes. This restriction covers any attempt to transfer or resell. Tickets involved in such activities may be cancelled or rendered void. The organiser and KLOOK accept no responsibility for any direct or indirect loss arising therefrom.
• Once a transaction is accepted, the total ticket value plus the service fee will be charged immediately to your eligible credit card or payment platform account. All amounts collected are non-refundable. The payment account must have sufficient available credit; otherwise the transaction will be void.
• Each ticket admits one person only. Entry requires a valid electronic ticket issued by KLOOK. This is a reserved-seat performance suitable for persons aged 12 and above.
• In the event of cancellation or postponement, the organiser is responsible for the related arrangements and reserves the right to reschedule the performance.
• The organiser reserves the right to change the programme without prior notice.
• HK$60 platform handling fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• All ticket holders must comply with the venue rules. Anyone found in breach may be refused entry. In such cases, neither the ticket price nor the priority booking service fee will be refunded. a. Latecomers will be admitted only at an appropriate time determined by the organiser. b. Smoking, eating and drinking are not permitted inside the venue. c. Recording or filming of this performance is strictly prohibited. Legal action will be taken against any violation. d. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or participation to any person who fails to comply with these terms.Ticket purchasing services for this event are provided by KLOOK. Use of the service is subject to the terms and conditions of the designated platform.
• The organiser and KLOOK reserve the right to amend, suspend or terminate any promotion, or to revise these Terms and Conditions. For the latest information on promotions, priority booking periods, ticket prices and terms, please refer to the organiser’s official social media channels and/or public announcements.
• In the event of any dispute, the organiser and KLOOK reserve the final decision.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. If there is any inconsistency or discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of this promotional material or these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
• To prevent unauthorised resale and ticket scalping, the organiser reserves the right to cancel, without compensation, any tickets that have been transferred, resold, or otherwise obtained in violation of these terms or any restrictions published on the organiser’s social media or official channels (including but not limited to scalped tickets). The organiser and KLOOK accept no liability for any related direct or indirect loss. The public is strongly advised not to purchase tickets from auction sites or any channels not officially authorised by Beware of Love, to avoid fraud or transaction disputes.

• Ticket holders must abide by the rules and regulations of the venue and event organiser.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Klook provides the Klook App, including all content, software, functions, materials and information made available on or accessed through the Klook App on an "as is" and “as available” basis solely for your personal use without any representation or endorsement.
• Klook shall not be held responsible for any circumstances resulting from any Force Majeure Event, or the illness, accident, injury, mental or physical disability or death of the participants participating in the Event or the participants’s immediate family member, or other cause not reasonably within the control of any of the parties. In the event that the Event is cancelled or postponed by the Organizer for whatever reason, whether the ticket(s) and/or bundle package(s) can be cancelled or postponed shall be subject to the sole discretion of Organizer. All decisions on the Event, including if a Force Majeure Event occurs, shall be at the sole discretion of the Organizer and all decisions taken shall be final.
• If you engage in any activity which Klook deems improper in its sole discretion, such as fraudulent or malicious bookings or taking advantage of software or system vulnerabilities during the sale period, Klook reserves the right to cancel your transaction without any liability to you.
• Klook reserves the sole right to amend and/or alter these General Terms & Conditions at any time.
• By purchasing tickets/package, you accept and agree to all the aforementioned terms and conditions of the Event and tickets and Klook’s General Terms of Use. You are strongly advised to review such terms and conditions prior to purchase.
