Terms & Conditions for the 24/7 FITNESS presents: International Husband Alliance Klook Priority Booking

• The public sale period opens at 12:00 pm on 7 Aug 2026 and until 11:59pm on 7 Aug 2026 or all tickets are sold out, whichever occurs first.
• You must log in to a KLOOK member account to complete your purchase. Each order is limited to a maximum of 4 tickets. A non-refundable service fee of HKD 50 will be charged per ticket.
• If you complete an order but do not receive a confirmation email, please contact sofasocool.iha@gmail.com for assistance.
• Tickets are strictly limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Seats are allocated automatically according to the timestamp of each booking on the designated platform. Your allocated seats will be shown in the shopping cart before payment is processed. There is no option to select your own seats, and all purchasers and ticket holders must accept the assigned seating with no right of objection.
• Each ticket is valid only for the exact date, time, and seat printed on it.
• Lost, damaged, or stolen tickets will not be replaced or refunded. The organiser and KLOOK accept no responsibility or liability in such cases.
• All tickets are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable once purchased. Any fees paid (including customer service fees, handling fees, or administrative charges) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Tickets may not be transferred, resold, or registered, sold, or otherwise disposed of in the name of any third party, agent, broker, or intermediary, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes. This includes any attempt to transfer or resell.
• Any tickets found to be involved in such activities will be cancelled or declared invalid. The organiser and KLOOK shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from these actions.
• Upon acceptance of your transaction, the total ticket value plus the service fee will be immediately deducted from your eligible credit card or payment account. All charges are final and non-refundable. Your account must have sufficient funds at the time of deduction; otherwise the transaction will fail.
• Each ticket admits one person only. Entry to the venue requires a valid electronic ticket issued by KLOOK. This is a reserved-seating event suitable for audiences aged 12 and above.
• In the event of cancellation or postponement, the organiser reserves the right to make all necessary arrangements and to reschedule the performance.
• The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the programme without prior notice.
• All ticket holders must comply with the venue’s rules and regulations. Anyone who breaches these rules may be refused entry, and no refund of ticket price or service fees will be given. a. Late arrivals will only be admitted at a suitable break in the performance, at the sole discretion of the organiser. b. Smoking and eating or drinking are strictly prohibited inside the venue. Photography, audio recording, and video recording are not permitted without prior approval. c. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove any person who fails to comply with these terms.
• The ticketing service is provided by KLOOK. Purchases made through this service are also subject to KLOOK’s own terms and conditions.
• The organiser and KLOOK reserve the right to amend or terminate any promotion or to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For the latest information on offers, priority sale dates, ticket prices, and full terms, please refer to the organiser’s official social media channels and public announcements.
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of the organiser and KLOOK shall be final and binding.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. In case of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
• To prevent illegal resale and ticket scalping, the organiser reserves the right to cancel any ticket involved in transfer, resale, or any conduct that contravenes these terms or the restrictions published on official social media and public channels (including but not limited to scalping). No compensation will be provided, and neither the organiser nor KLOOK shall be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from such cancellation. We strongly advise against purchasing tickets from auction sites or any unauthorised channels outside the official International Husband Alliance ticketing platforms to avoid falling victim to scams or transaction disputes.
• Confirmation email for ticket purchase will be sent to the email address provided by Customer as a reference of successful transaction. Klook will not be responsible for any delayed or undelivered emails due to the submission of incorrect email addresses by Customers, or due to issues that are out of Klook 's control (such as problems caused by Internet, email service providers, etc.).
• The ticket purchase will be settled in HKD. The total price of ticket(s), Customer Service Fee, Shipping Fee, and Ticket Storage Fee (the “Fees”) will be debited instantly from the Eligible Credit Card. If the Fees cannot be debited successfully, the booking will be cancelled automatically and Klook will give appropriate notice.

Bundle Package Terms & Conditions

• Hong Kong Palace Museum Special Exhibition Ticket (Gallery 1 - 7 & 8), M+ Museum Full Access Ticket, or Cordis Alibi - Wine Dine Be Social | The Special Snack Set (For 1 person) products will be issued as coupon codes under Klook user's account. Users can view the Vouchers on the Klook Promo Codes website.
• Promo code is restricted to the purchasing account only and is non-transferable.
• Promo code cannot be used directly to redeem products. Users must use the promo code on the designated page between 7 August 2026 12pm and 25 October 2026 11:59pm to redeem the product. Expired codes will become invalid and will not be reissued or refunded.
• The redemption voucher can only be redeemed once and is applicable for redeeming relevant products on the designated page of the Klook platform. The specified promo code must be successfully applied on the payment page to use the offer.
• No refund / cancellation policy applies to the products redeemed.
