Event Policy

1. Price Details

• Ticket details are subject to the information displayed on the product page and at the time of order submission.
• The final price includes a HK$8 handling fee per ticket.
• Prices fluctuate in real-time according to international standards.

2. Age, Height, Pregnancy, and Other Restrictions

• Age, height, or pregnancy restrictions: Full-price tickets are required for admission for attendees of all age groups.
• Users must strictly comply with the age/height/pregnancy entry restrictions displayed on the product page. If entry to the venue is denied due to failure to meet relevant requirements, all associated responsibilities and losses shall be borne solely by the user. Wheelchair seats are generally not available for sale.

3. Ticket Information Collection

• Once this product is successfully booked, information modifications are not supported. Please ensure that the information filled out when placing the order is accurate and error-free.
• Event ticket information collection (tickets are non-real-name bound):
• When booking event tickets, you must provide accurate information:
• Mobile phone number
• Email address
• Contact name
• This information will only be used for event communications.

4. Refund and Modification Rules

• Non-refundable (single ticket)
• By placing an order, you agree to pay the transaction amount. This product cannot be refunded, exchanged, transferred, or resold.

5. Order Confirmation and Purchase Quantity Limits

• A maximum of 4 tickets can be purchased per transaction per session.
• Tickets for this event, whether purchased as a package or individually, will be counted together towards the total quantity limit.
• Please log in to the Klook App or official website to view your vouchers. If you have not received your tickets by the specified date, please contact Klook Customer Service immediately for follow-up.
• Tickets are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
• No Refunds/Changes: Once an order is confirmed, no cancellations, refunds, date changes, or exchanges for other products will be accepted for any reason.
• Klook Credits (Klook Cash) and any promotional discount codes (Promo Codes) cannot be used to offset the purchase price of this exclusive offer.

6. Event Ticket Collection

• This event exclusively utilizes electronic ticket vouchers; no physical tickets will be provided. The electronic ticket voucher is the sole legally valid proof for entry. Please keep it safe and do not forward or disclose it to others. Presentation of Klook order confirmation emails, payment records, or screenshots will not be accepted and cannot be used as a voucher for admission to the event venue.
• Redemption Method:
• Electronic tickets will be sent to the Klook order page and/or your email. The distribution of electronic ticket vouchers will be completed approximately within 1 day before the start of the event.
• Please present the electronic ticket (with a QR code printed on it) from the order page and/or email (including the spam/junk folder) for entry verification. Screenshots are not accepted.
• Entry Verification and Liability:
• Electronic tickets must be presented for entry.
• Do not forward order information by any means. If an attendee chooses to provide screenshots to others, it may expose their ticket purchase credentials or lead to improper use by others. Please manage and operate your tickets with caution; otherwise, attendees must bear the corresponding risks and consequences themselves, and the organizer assumes no responsibility.
• Every attendee requires one ticket per person. On the day of the event, valid tickets and valid identification documents must be presented at entry for age verification.
• The organizer assumes no responsibility and cannot provide refunds or compensation if tickets cannot be collected due to missing or incorrect required documentation.
• Once tickets are issued, they will not be reissued, refunded, or compensated. Upon receipt, tickets that have been altered, copied, or counterfeited will be void. It is your responsibility to keep them safe. The organizer does not provide any replacement or refund services for lost, damaged, stolen, or leaked tickets.
• Please collect/redeem your tickets on time. Latecomers may be denied entry without a refund.

7. Event Seating Arrangements

• This event will be conducted in a fixed-seating format; standing positions are not available. Seats are assigned randomly by the organiser, and self-selection of seats is not permitted. All seating zones are designated seated sections. Attendees are required to be seated in accordance with the seat number stated on their ticket. Seat assignments are final upon issuance of tickets and are non-transferable. By purchasing a ticket, the ticket holder agrees to accept the assigned seating arrangement and waives any right to dispute such assignment.
• If tickets are purchased across multiple separate orders, they cannot be recognized as linked orders, and adjacent seating arrangements cannot be processed. Thank you for your understanding.
• Due to the specific program content and audio design of this event, and because the performance positions of the event staff are not fixed, certain areas may experience limited "poor visibility or partial obstruction." To ensure event quality and a good audience experience, this notice serves as a special clarification. If a buyer successfully completes the ticket purchase, it signifies that they are aware of and accept the potential risk of "poor visibility or partial obstruction," and applications for refunds, ticket exchanges, or compensation based on these grounds will not be accepted.
• Seating information will not be announced in advance; please refer to the details displayed on the ticket.

8. Event Organizer Policies

• Each "HKCC Special: 2026 Asia Spotlight" ticket includes entry rights for one person to attend one panel session.
• All changes will be announced by the organizer/venue. Entry, seating arrangements, and compliance are subject to their discretion. The organizer reserves the right to adjust the details of this event within the scope permitted by law. Please read and abide by all terms and regulations of the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to ask anyone whose behavior disrupts the event to leave the venue.
• This event is a special programme organised by Hong Kong Comic Con, featuring a highly influential Asian actor in a panel session format. The programme provides attendees with the opportunity to engage with the featured guest and hear firsthand accounts of his or her works and production experiences. For the latest event details and programme updates pertaining to this special programme, ticketholders are advised to follow the organiser's official social media accounts.
• The terms for entering the venue are as follows (for reference only):
• To protect the rights of attendees, please do not purchase ticket credentials from others, as you may be unable to enter the venue; the organizer reserves the right to cancel such credentials. The organizer, co-organizer, and official ticketing office will not be responsible under any circumstances for issues arising from failure to comply with notices regarding proxy purchases, transfers, purchasing agents, or direct transactions between individuals.
• Security checks for personal belongings will be conducted upon entry. Prohibited or restricted items cannot be deposited or stored on-site.
• If security personnel discover prohibited or restricted items—such as slogans, flags and flagpoles (including any retractable flags and poles), signs (including but not limited to hand banners, horizontal banners, streamers, etc.), LED light boards, cold fireworks, laser pointers, lighters, fragile glass products, balloons, alcohol, noise sources, food and beverages, various knives/blades, syringes, imitation guns, flammable and explosive items, or megaphones—they will be handled by staff members.
• Baggage Storage: No baggage storage facilities are available on-site. The use of photography or audio recording equipment is strictly prohibited. Photography, video recording, and live streaming via mobile devices within the venue are strictly prohibited.
