Ticketing Terms & Conditions

Ticket Collection & Admission Method (QR Code)

• Admission to the Event is by QR Code e-ticket only.
• Customers may access their QR Code e-ticket via the Klook App or Klook order confirmation page.
• The QR Code must be presented (digital or printed) for entry scanning at the venue.
• Each QR Code is valid for one-time admission per scan, unless otherwise specified.
• Screenshots, altered, duplicated or unauthorized QR Codes will not be accepted.
• The order of admission to the Standing Zone is based on the designated queuing number as printed on the admission ticket and the confirmation email. The queuing number is automatically generated by the ticketing system after each successful transaction.
• Holding Area for the Standing Zone ticket holders opens 4 hours before show time, subject for change based on actual situation. Standing Zone ticket holders should queue up at the Holding Area according to both the ZONE/SECTION and the sequence of queuing number as printed on the admission ticket.
• Standing Zone ticket holders can enter to the event hall 2 hours before show time, subject to change based on actual situation, according to the queuing number.
• The queuing number printed on the ticket will no longer be valid once the admission to event hall commences. Standing Zone ticket holders who arrive after the commencement of admission would be required to enter the event hall after all the tickets holders within the Holding Area have been admitted.
• The arrangement above will be subject to change based on the actual situation.

Important Notes

• Each transaction allows the purchase of up to 8 tickets.
• Once an order is confirmed, no refund or exchange will be provided.
• Please ensure that the email address, phone number, and full name entered at checkout are correct.
• No changes to personal information are allowed after order confirmation.
• The Organizer and Klook shall not be responsible for failed ticket delivery or access due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Admission Policy

• Valid ticket required for admission.
• One person per ticket.

Children Admission Policy – Expo

• Children below 100 cm must be accompanied by a parent or guardian holding a valid ticket.
• Expo admission require a valid ticket for all children, regardless of height or age.

Children Admission Policy – Concert

• Concert attendances are restricted to individuals aged 12 or above with a minimum height of 140 cm with a valid ticket.

Refund & Exchange Policy

• All ticket sales are final, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Ticket Authenticity

• Only tickets purchased through official CON-CON HONG KONG 2026 ticketing channels or authorized platforms (including Klook) will be honored.
• The Organizer does not guarantee the validity of tickets obtained from unauthorized sources.
• Counterfeit or invalid tickets will not be accepted.

Lost, Damaged or Misused Tickets

• Lost, damaged, duplicated, or misused QR Codes will not be reissued or replaced.
• The Organizer bears no responsibility for such losses.

Venue Rules & Admission Arrangements

• Ticket holders must comply with all rules and regulations of AsiaWorld-Expo, the Event Organizer, and applicable local laws.
• Bag checks may be conducted upon entry.
• Bags exceeding 38 cm × 30 cm × 20 cm must be stored at designated storage counters or lockers.
• The Organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

Re-entry Policy

• Tickets must be scanned before exiting the venue for re-entry.
• Failure to scan may result in denied re-entry without refund.

Late Entry

• Late entry may be allowed at suitable breaks, subject to on-site arrangements.
• Admission is not guaranteed for late arrivals.

Seating & Standing Areas

• Standing on chairs, staircases, or circulation areas is prohibited.
• Standing zones are restricted to individuals aged 12 or above with a minimum height of 140 cm.

Photography & Recording

• Unauthorized photography, filming, or recording inside the event hall is prohibited.

Safety & Prohibited Items

• Smoking is prohibited inside AsiaWorld-Expo.
• Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
• Prohibited items include but are not limited to: selfie sticks, glass bottles, balloons, weapons, aerosol cans, sharp objects, fireworks, laser devices, drones, gambling devices, loudspeakers, or hazardous materials.
• Possession or use of illegal substances will be reported to authorities.
• Animals are not permitted, except registered guide dogs with prior approval.

Health & Special Effects Notice

• Performances may include strobe lighting and smoke effects.
• Attendees feeling unwell should seek assistance from on-site staff.

Accessibility

• Wheelchair users may contact AsiaWorld-Expo in advance for assistance.

Intellectual Property

• All performances and event content are the intellectual property of the Organizer.
• Recording for commercial use is strictly prohibited.

General Provisions

• Event programmes or arrangements may be adjusted due to weather, safety, or other operational reasons.
• The Organizer and AsiaWorld-Expo reserve the right to amend arrangements without prior notice.
• There is no guarantee of unobstructed view.
• In case of discrepancy between English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
• The Organizer reserves the right to remove any person engaging in inappropriate, illegal, or disruptive behaviour.

Ticket Resale & Scalping

• Unauthorized resale, sharing, or commercial use of tickets is prohibited.
• Tickets found in violation may be voided and admission refused.

Prevailing Terms

• In case of any discrepancy between the Terms & Conditions on Klook and the official CON-CON HONG KONG 2026 website, the Organizer’s official website version shall prevail.

• The cutoff time for tickets on April 4 is April 3 at 18:00. Guests purchasing April 4 tickets and 2-day VIP passes must place their orders before 18:00 on April 3.
• The cutoff time for tickets on April 5 is April 4 at 18:00. Guests purchasing April 5 tickets must place their orders before 18:00 on April 4.
• Redemption Process: The voucher for the 【For Concert Redemption Only】Airport Express AsiaWorld-Expo Station Same Day Return will be issued as a promo code to the "Vouchers" section of the user's account. You can view your voucher on the Klook Promo Code Page.
• Reminder: This product is only valid for the specific concert-use ticket mentioned above.
• Promo codes are restricted to the account used for the original purchase and cannot be transferred.
• Single Use: Vouchers can only be redeemed once and are only applicable to the designated product page on the Klook platform. You must successfully apply the specified promo code at the checkout page to use the offer.
• No Refunds: Once a product has been redeemed, no requests for cancellations or refunds will be accepted.
• Customer Support: If you have not received your product redemption promo code three business days after order confirmation, please contact Klook Customer Service for follow-up.

• Expiration Policy: Klook is under no obligation to refund any unredeemed promo codes or any vouchers that have expired without being used.
