- If any amendment of email address is needed, please log into your Klook account and click on "Modify" for the relevant order by November 23, 2025, at 23:59 to submit the change request . Any late requests will not be accepted.
- Changes, cancellation or refunds are not permitted upon successful purchased. Please ensure that the email address provided for receiving the ticket is accurate. The organizer and Klook will not be responsible for any delays or failures in email delivery caused by incorrect email addresses provided by the customer or other factors beyond Klook's control, such as network issues or email service provider problems. Tickets will not be voided or reissued in such cases.
- Seats are limited and allocated on first-come-first-served basis. While Klook will try its best, we cannot guarantee adjacent seating for all orders. Seats may be odd-numbered or not adjacent, and users must accept the allocated seating after purchase.
