Please read all the following information carefully before purchasing tickets. Once a ticket is successfully purchased, it is deemed that you agree to all the relevant regulations of this event.

ADMISSION NOTICE

• More detailed information regarding admission arrangements and important notices will be shared closer to the show date. Stay tuned to event Organiser's Instagram account, @spookyhalloweenofficial for the latest updates.

• This event follows a strict one-person-one-ticket policy. Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket. Please keep your ticket properly. Lost or damaged tickets will not be reissued. Any tickets that are altered, photocopied, scanned, duplicated, or counterfeited will be considered invalid.
• All tickets sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please verify all booking details before completing your transaction. The organizer shall not be held responsible for any errors during the transaction process.
• Do not disclose or provide the QR code on your ticket to others to prevent unauthorized use.
• If any illegal resale or attempted resale of tickets is discovered, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the ticket without refund or compensation.
• To protect your rights, please purchase tickets only through official authorized platforms. Beware of scams and transaction disputes. The organizer, Live Nation Electronic Asia, and Klook will not be responsible if tickets purchased through unofficial channels are invalid and deny entry.
• To the extent permitted by law, the organizer shall not be liable for any loss or damage to personal property caused by a third party.
• The organizer reserves the right to request attendees to present original valid identification documents (such as Hong Kong ID card, Macau ID card, Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macau, or passport) for identity and age verification. Copies of any form are not accepted. The organizer’s decision in case of any dispute is final.
• To maintain order and safety, security checks will be conducted upon entry. Staff may inspect bags and personal belongings.
• All attendees must comply with the rules set by the organizer and the venue. The organizer reserves the right to eject any individual who violates the rules, causes disturbance, poses a safety risk, or disrupts the event without refund.
• For safety and operational reasons, the organizer and its staff reserve the right to restrict or deny access to certain areas. Attendees must comply with all arrangements and instructions.
• If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above during the event period, the event will be cancelled. Please check the latest updates on the day of the event via Live Nation Electronic Asia’s social media platforms.
• In case of adverse weather conditions or other force majeure incidents, the organizer reserves the right to adjust the event schedule, program, lineup, or terminate the event.
• The organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

  Event Entry Regulations

  【Carnival A+B Zone】

• Children under 6 may enter free of charge but must present valid identification.
• Children aged 14 or below must be accompanied by an adult.

  【Main Stage C Zone】

• All tickets are for standing areas only. Seating is unassigned.
• Only individuals aged 10 or above are allowed entry. Valid identification must be presented.
• Attendees aged 14 or below must be accompanied by an adult.

  【Alcohol Beverage Policy】

• Alcohol may only be purchased and consumed by individuals aged 18 or above.
• Outside food, beverages, and alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited.
• Anyone found excessively intoxicated or causing disruption due to alcohol consumption may be ejected immediately from the venue without refund.
