About the event
The HK Phil’s 51st season kicks off with the highly anticipated debut of the young, spellbinding Swedish violinist Daniel Lozakovich. His immaculate technique and expressive depth promise to shine in Sibelius’ ethereal Violin Concerto. Alongside this debut, Finnish Maestro Tarmo Peltokoski reunites with the HK Phil to present the ultimate masterpiece of Anton Bruckner, in time for the composer’s 200th birthday week. Dedicated “dem lieben Gott” (to the beloved God) and left unfinished, the Ninth Symphony is a profound testament to Bruckner’s artistic devotion.
