We extend our heartfelt apologies to all the fans who were eagerly anticipating this event. We understand that this news comes as a great disappointment, but we must face the reality and make this difficult decision.

Refunds will be processed through the ticketing system for all those who have successfully purchased tickets. Please refer to the following details for further information. Please note that a refund based on the ticket value printed on the tickets (not including the customer service fee and courier charge) will be available upon the completion of refund procedures.

Refund Procedure for Tickets Purchased by Credit Card (VISA/ MASTERCARD/ AE/ UPOP) and Digital Payments (BoC Pay/ PayMe/ WeChat Pay/ Alipay / Alipay HK) Refund will be automatically deposited to the same Credit Card or Digital Payments used for ticket purchased for the event within 8 - 12 weeks (depends on the processing time of individual issuing bank).
