Playback theatre
is a form of community theatre
spontaneous, truthful, simple, intimate, conversational
stories shared are snippets of tellers’ lives
audience shares a story, performers enact the story, all of us experience the story

About the organiser
Long Time No See Playback Theatre is a Mandarin-English bilingual playback theatre collective in Singapore. We banded together in October 2017, and since have continued to explore the wonder that is present in playback theatre. In our work, we hold the conviction that all stories are precious gifts. Through personal stories, we connect to each other, and believe no man is an island.
好久不见剧团是位于新加坡的中英双语一人一故事剧团。伙伴们从2017年10月至今，一起探索着一人一故事剧场的美妙。我们秉着“每个故事是宝贵礼物”的信念来进行演绎。我们通过这些故事彼此连结，相信人人都不是一座孤岛。
