waa wei Hong Kong Concert - September 2nd Adverse Weather Performance Arrangements

1. If all Black Rainstorm Warning Signals, Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above are cancelled before 4:00 PM on September 2nd, the scheduled performance at 8:00 PM will proceed as planned.
2. If all Black Rainstorm Warning Signals, Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above are cancelled before 6:00 PM on September 2nd, the scheduled performance at 8:00 PM will be postponed to 9:00 PM. Due to adverse weather conditions, we kindly ask all audience members to plan their travel in advance and prioritize safety.

September 2nd Adverse Weather Performance Arrangements - Supplementary Information

1. For ticket holders of the "Wei Ru Xuan [HAVE A NICE :DAY 2 YOU] Hong Kong Concert" on September 2nd, if you are unable to attend the concert due to the typhoon and cannot arrive in Hong Kong on time, you can provide relevant ticket purchase records and valid proof of transportation cancellation/delay caused by the typhoon to the email address gdrtickets@gmail.com before September 10, 2023.
2. If you fail to provide relevant proof or if the ticket purchase information has been altered or if the ticket is damaged, stained, incomplete, or identified as counterfeit, the request for ticket refund will not be accepted. The organizer reserves the right to make the final decision on whether to issue a ticket refund.
3. The organizer will process the ticket refunds as soon as possible. For detailed information on ticket refunds, please refer to the rules of the respective ticketing platforms. Applicants for ticket refunds will be subject to the restrictions and obligations of the relevant terms and conditions.
4. Unless otherwise specified, the organizer will not provide any compensation for transaction fees, administrative fees, or postage fees incurred in the purchase of concert tickets.
5. The organizer will not provide any compensation or replacement arrangements for lost concert tickets. If the ticket purchaser fails to provide complete concert ticket information and relevant proof, they will not be entitled to any refund rights.
