Santa Claus is flying across the snowy sky to bring the Santa Claus Office all the way from Finland! This winter, Santa has filled ifc mall with the most authentic Christmas atmosphere. Come and spend the most magical Christmas with the authentic Santa!
ifc mall's "Santa's meet-and-greet"
This winter, Santa Claus, the ambassador of love and goodwill, is coming to Hong Kong from his homeland of Finland!
From 30 November to 25 December*, come to ifc mall to revisit your childhood wonderment with a tour through Santa Claus Village. Make a reservation now^ to meet Santa Claus himself at the Santa Claus Office and capture the magic moment with a photo together!

- Venue: Santa Claus Office, Oval Atrium, Podium Level 1, ifc mall
* Not applicable on all Mondays during this period and 3 December 2022.
^ Quotas apply and will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis.
# Each session will last for a maximum of 8 minutes. A maximum of 4 participants are allowed per session. Participants are required to arrive at the designated venue at ifc mall at the start time and date of the registered session. Late comers will not be accepted and no make up session will be arranged.
Terms and Conditions:
1.By participating in the Event, participants agree to comply with and be bound by the corresponding terms and conditions.
2.Person(s) who wish to participate in ifc mall’s “Santa’s meet-and-greet” is required to register on KLOOK’s registration site. Quotas apply and will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis.
3.Registered participants are required to present their registration QR codes at the entrance of Santa Claus Office to staff of ifc mall for verification.
4.Each KLOOK member can register for one session only.
5.Each session will last for a maximum of 8 minutes.
6.A maximum of 4 participants are allowed per session.
7.Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times in the event area.
8.All promotion material is for reference only.
9.Participants are required to arrive at the designated venue at ifc mall at the start time and date of the registered session. Late comers will not be accepted and no make up session will be arranged.
10.Participants are responsible for their own physical and mental conditions. Participants experiencing any discomfort should refrain from taking part in the event.
11.Special Arrangements in Response to COVID-19
- All participants must comply with the latest regulations made under the "Prevention and Control of Disease Ordinance" by the Government; including wearing surgical masks at all times and undergoing temperature screening.
- All participants will be advised to use LeaveHomeSafe application to scan the QR code before entering the event premises.
- All participants are required to maintain social distancing at the event and avoid direct physical contact.
- If you have symptoms of COVID-19, or in risk of being infected, please refrain from participating in the activity and seek medical advice immediately.
- The venue is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected daily. Hand sanitizers are provided throughout the event premises.
12.No food or drink is allowed.
13.Pets are not allowed in the event premises.
14.In case of any act of God or other unforeseen circumstances, including Black Rainstorm and Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, ifc may change the operating hours of the Event or close it temporarily. The reservations will be cancelled and will not be rescheduled.
- When the Tropical Cyclone Pre-No. 8 Special Announcement or Warning Signal No. 8 or above is issued: The Event will be closed and cancelled immediately. If the signal is lowered or cancelled by the Hong Kong Observatory before or at 2pm, the Event will resume operation in 3 hours. If the signal is lowered or cancelled after 2pm, the Event will be closed for the day.
- When the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued: If the signal is issued during Event hours, it will remain in normal operation. If the signal is issued before the Event opens, the Event will remain closed. If the signal is lowered or cancelled by the Hong Kong Observatory before or at 2pm, the Event will resume operation in 3 hours. If the signal is lowered or cancelled after 2pm, the Event will be closed for the day.
15.Ifc may, without prior notice and without compensation, change the operating hours of the Event, close it temporarily or permanently, and/or restrict the number of participants with access to the event, due to capacity, equipment maintenance, or if ifc considers that the circumstances so require.
16.Should wheelchair users require assistance, please contact our Concierge (near LANCOME, Shop 1090) or call 2295 3308.
17.Any personal data the participants provide to ifc will not be used for any other purpose other than in relation to this Event and will not be transferred to any third party. The information collected will be erased from the database after the Event.
18.In case of any dispute, ifc reserves the final decision, including the right to suspend, change or terminate the Event and of its terms and conditions without prior notice.
19.In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
