Due to the latest development of the COVID-19, we are deeply sorry to announce that, the 「FOREST ADVENTURE ROBOCAR POLI LIVE SHOW」 originally scheduled on 5th & 6th April 2021 at Star Hall, Kowloonbay International Trade & Exhibition Centre, Kowloon will be postponed to 1st & 2nd October 2021.
This decision was made prioritizing the health and safety of our audience, patrons, artists and staff and surrounding communities. Ticket holders can present their original tickets for 5th & 6th April 2021 shows for admission to the new rescheduled date on 1st & 2nd October 2021.
This show will only be staged when it's permissible by the related regulations. Should you choose to keep the tickets and the new rescheduled date is still impossible to be staged, there will be another round of refund to be made then.
For those who are unable to attend the new rescheduled date, they can request a refund subject to the following refund procedure.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.

Ticket holders who wish to attend new show dates can retain their tickets, and present their original tickets for 5th & 6th April 2021 shows for admission to the new rescheduled date on 1st & 2nd Oct 2021. For any date or time change request, please contact SISTIC via email at feedback@sistic.com.sg for support.
Ticket holders who are unable to attend the show on new show dates may request for a refund subject to the following refund procedure:
- All ticket holders who purchased tickets through SISTIC will automatically receive an email notification from SISTIC with a refund application link and information on refund procedure.
- Ticket holders who are unable to attend the show on new show dates may submit refund requests by entering the booking transaction number, and the number of tickets be refunded via the link provided in the email from 22 Mar 2021 – 21 Apr 2021.
- A full refund will be automatically re-deposited to the same Credit Card account used for ticket purchase within 60 working days upon submission of a completed refund application.

Performance Introduction
The children's first hero “Robocar POLI” will come to Hong Kong for the first time to bring the thrill and stimulation rescue story to the stage.
The story take place on the day of the rescue team's regular car inspection, the mysterious "tree-stump" appeared the in deep forests, accompanied by monster strange roar, and Spooky has recently become very strange. All strange signs indicate that something terrible will happen!
In order to protect the safety of the town, the brave and heroic captain Poli, with the brave Roy, the kind Amber and the loveliest Helly, will work together to overcome the difficulties to help friends and save the town.
In the spirit of the rescue process, the children will know the correct safety knowledge and spread the spirit of teamwork, cooperation and concern for others.

How to redeem tickets on site
Please present this email confirmation to redeem your ticket at the venue starting from one hour before the event time. The cardholder shall provide the credit card used for purchase ticket(s) in person and are required to sign an acknowledgement receipt at the counter. If you wish to appoint someone else to collect the ticket(s), the authorized party is required to present the following items and collect the ticket(s) at the Box Office:
i. A letter of authorisation signed by the cardholder ii. A photocopy of the credit card used in this transaction (Front & Back)
The bearer needs to present the original HK ID / Passport
Rules and Regulation Guidelines
- All patrons and staffs are required to wear masks when entering, and stay inside the venue.
- Keeping a social distance.
- No food & drinks are allowed.
- Temperature check is required before entering the venue. (must be below 37.5 °C).
- Individual with temperatures above 37.5 C has a fever or other symptoms will not be allowed to admit into the venue.
- Those patrons who are not feeling well or feeling feverish are advised to remain home and rest, or to seek immediate medical assistance.
- Use hand sanitiser before entering the venue. Hand sanitiser will be provided.
- The Organiser reserves the right to reject any entries of patrons to the event.
- Disinfected floor mats will be provided.
- Common touched area will be cleaned and disinfected after each show.
- Senior and those with chronic health problems are advised to consider the risk of complications of the new coronavirus before entry.

- If the event is postponed to a new specified date, SISTIC customers would have the option to request for refund on the purchased tickets within a stipulated period or to keep the same tickets to the postponed event. If the event is cancelled, refunds will be allowed. More details, terms and conditions will be released in the event of such an announcement.
