After booking with Klook, simply take the e-ticket you received to Barcelona Sants station, go through security, and board the train. No other action was required. I booked an iryo train, and by entering the e-ticket's reference number, I could easily check the reservation on the iryo official website (note that Klook reservations for renfe trains cannot be checked on the official website).
