The front desk service was excellent, the room was very clean and the view was great. The room had a bathtub, but the toilet seat was cold. The location is perfect with good access to nearby tourist attractions such as Marina Bay and Chinatown. Towels were exchanged daily.

What we love in this hotel is the location. It is near everywhere. Also, the hotel is clean and comfortable.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stopover at the Carlton Singapore, staff were great views of city from our room fantastic.

Stayed for 3 nights and was pleasantly happy with the stay. I was allowed to check-in earlier and managed to check-out an hour later as well. The receptionists were all friendly and were always ready to answer any queries that I have. Housekeeping was also on point. Needless to say, the location is perfect! Highly recommended!
