The best booking agency EVER!!! Don’t hesitate and book this three day adventure!!!! Even though our third day has been canceled due to the typhoon coming our driver Elizer has been absolutely phenomenal! He kept us informed, safe, kind, funny, and all of the above! His driving is incredible! Along with our other tour guides, Kristine who helped us through our first day at the city tour, she was so informative and kind! Our canyoneering activity was led by the two most amazing guides that kept me and my 65 year old dad as safe as could be and we had the most fun! Ken and Jobert were incredible they deserve the most applaus, that is not an easy journey to tour people down the falls and they did that with excellence and precision, still while maintaining our safety and ensuring we had fun! Ken is newer with 6 months under his belt but it was like he was doing this for years! His mom that cooked us our meal before we went was INCREDIBLE! We appreciate you so much! And are so thankful!

Our driver in Cebu, Owen, provided attentive and dedicated service. He always made sure to drop us off right at the door, and he was always willing to help us with any questions or issues we had 👍! We had a very happy and safe canyoneering experience. There were 7 of us in total (3 children + 2 slightly scared moms + 2 dads). We rented two GoPros from them, and they had a total of 9 instructors who accompanied us throughout the three-hour canyoneering trip. The whole experience was fun and funny. They were worried we might get hurt when the water was too rapid, so they often used themselves as human shields to ensure we could enjoy the water safely. Thank you so much to the instructors! The boatmen at the whale shark encounter were also great at taking pictures. The whale sharks were so big and cute, definitely worth seeing 👍.

highly recommended!!! guide was punctual and super nice, giving us recommendations outside of his job scope. activities were also pre arranged for us so all we had to do is show up. some activities do require external fees and generally each activity have separate charges if you would like to rent a go pro. recommend to bring your own or just rent with them cos a videographer will also help u ahahaha. loved the whale shark and sumilon experience!!!!!

Though the port were very crowded due to Chrismas season the trip went smooth and easy. The two hours travel was very relaxing, we have very comfortable seats and much space. We are very happy to book this trip here .

Driver was on time, didn't have to wait. Very friendly driver with comfortable vehicle. The trip up is quite fast. Drive home was long because of traffic. Driver was really good with driving safe and not taking too many risks with speeding and merging over lanes. The experience was great, money worth it.

The private transfer was very well arranged. Sir Arturo was attentive, friendly and shared useful information along the way. It made the journey much more enjoyable and easy.

I never had issues with booking through klook. It was so smooth until arrive the terminal. Supercat business class was A OK. I was able to sleep. You can tell the seamless flow of Supercat coz my cup of drink on the table was still stable. There was also a charging port. Business class wasn't too crowded at that time even the below deck. Price is A OK too

Very convenient when going to Cebu Safari—less hassle overall. It was rainy during our visit, and we forgot to bring umbrellas. Kuya Harold was very kind and generously let us borrow his umbrella. We truly appreciated his help.

Highly recommend this private transfer to Simala especially if you are a female solo traveller and your priority is comfort & safety. The car is clean and well-maintained. The driver Jenidy is courteous and professional. I like it that he is quite and not intrusive and let’s you ride in peace and silence. He drove smoothly that you can easily sleep and not felt dizzy. I will definitely book this trip again.
