Fantastic 5.0
If you're like me and haven't been here before, a complete introduction would be very reassuring. So, I'll share my experience: when entering the pier, first show your voucher at the counter outside the entrance and pay for your pier entry ticket. It's 30 pesos per person. After entering, go to the right (Image 1) to check in, then move to the left to clear customs. All luggage and personal belongings must be placed on the X-ray scanner. Then, proceed forward to the left (Image 3) to check your bags, which costs 200 pesos (this price is double what it is for Bohol). From there, you can enter the waiting area on the right (Image 4). On the left side of the waiting area is the retail section (Image 5), and on the right is the blind massage area (Image 6). The entire waiting area is not very large but is air-conditioned.

Booked this for our Cebu Safari trip. They will message one day before your trip to confirm and very flexible to reschedule as we had unexpected change of plans for the day. We rescheduled the next day. Please note the fuel cost is not included on the price. We used around 11.5 liters of gas for this trip.

Fantastic 5.0
The transfer from Cebu Port to Movenpick Hotel was very smooth. The time it took to get into the vehicle was longer than expected due to traffic and the movement of the car from the parking area to where we were standing. Overall, the experience was okay, and it's worth the convenience of traversing from Cebu Port all the way to the ends of Mactan Island.

Fantastic 5.0
The trip was smooth, and the ship offered clean, comfortable accommodations with air-conditioned cabins. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive to passenger needs, making the experience more enjoyable. I especially liked the onboard amenities such as dining areas, small shops, and entertainment, which made the long trip feel relaxing rather than tiring. Watching the ocean views from the deck was a highlight. Overall, 2GO Travel is a great option for affordable and convenient inter-island travel, especially for those who want a scenic and comfortable travel experience.

We always book this service when going to Simala. Reliable car. Our driver Romeo is polite, drives safely and very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the convenience of having a private car take us around Simala following our own schedule.

What to know before visiting Cebu City

Quick snapshot of Cebu City and what to expect

Cebu City’s most-booked experiences on Klook are zoos & aquariums, tours and outdoor activities, giving the city a mix of family-friendly sights, guided excursions and active outdoor options. Demand on Klook has clear seasonal rhythm: bookings peak in January and dip around March, so the year alternates between busy spikes and quieter stretches.

Best times to visit for crowds and prices

Klook booking data shows January is the busiest month, while March sees the lowest demand. Prices are relatively steady across the year on Klook: they peak around August and trend slightly lower into March–May. For lower prices and smaller crowds, plan trips in March–May; for a lively, peak-season atmosphere aim for January (busiest) or August (priciest). Where demand and price diverge, note that the busiest month (January) is not the priciest — peak atmosphere doesn’t always mean the highest Klook prices.

Tips for travellers from Hong Kong

Most travellers from Hong Kong who book Cebu City experiences on Klook typically book very close to travel — often just a day or so ahead — and last-minute bookings are common. If you prefer flexibility, you can comfortably plan activities a day or two out; if you’re travelling in January’s peak, consider booking a few days earlier to secure popular tours. Use Klook to lock in family-friendly attractions and outdoor activities while you finalise other trip details.
