day tour price is fare mainly due to its top class lunch buffet. even there conventional pika pika and desserts were better than expected

Our driver and guide, Clinton, did an amazing job at making the experience perfect for my girlfriend and I! He was very attentive to anything we needed and drove very fast (but safe) to ensure we saved time and spent as much time at the attractions as we could. We would highly recommend Clinton, he's excellent! We most enjoyed swimming with the sharks, but even the waterfall experience was amazing, and Clinton took excellent photos for us!

The service itself was excellent, and I was able to see whale sharks from an incredibly close distance. The instructors were courteous and helpful throughout, which made the experience very enjoyable. However, due to an issue on Klook's end or with the facility, I didn't receive the voucher email beforehand, and I was very worried because I didn't know the meeting time on the day. I don't know the actual reason, but if they had informed me in advance that the email would be sent, I think there wouldn't have been any problem with Klook. I was disappointed that Klook didn't share the details on how to use the service. The service itself was very good, and it was an amazing experience to see whale watching from such a close distance! 😆

This was my second time doing the Oslob & canyoneering tour, and my friend's first! We rented a GoPro for the Oslob tour and got some amazing photos. Canyoneering was SO much fun, and the guides were super friendly! Canyoneering today was the best, even better than when I came in 2023! Especially our guides, MAC & JAY, they spoke Korean well, were so funny, and led us safely and enjoyably! Thank you so much to our driver as well! We're leaving with unforgettable memories ❤️❤️❤️😍 See you again!!

Even though I don't speak English, the local driver contacted me via KakaoTalk, which helped overcome any communication barriers with Kakao translation. We booked for 11 family members, but 2 couldn't make it due to their condition on the day, but the 9 of us had a great day. Actually, I'm the only one in my family who has been on the whale shark tour three times, and I've usually paid over ₩100,000 per person, so I was a little nervous about the low price, but that nervousness didn't last long. It included a rental car + driver + the costs for the local whale shark tour + a local helper exclusively for our family + Tumalog Falls viewing + drop-off at the desired accommodation. There's no Korean guide, but they were very kind and responded using easy English words, as if they had dealt with many Koreans who don't speak English like me, so even though I don't speak English, I was able to do everything I wanted, stop by the market to buy groceries before going to the accommodation, and return safely. Actually, I also got a quote from a Korean travel agency, but I went for 30% of the cost.
