I joined the English tour. Because I wasn't good at English, I told the guide, "I want to confirm important information directly, such as the reassembly time and place after the tour." Then, they gave me the guide's contact information via a chat app (WhatsApp) and told me to contact them anytime if I had any problems. Also, they explained the reassembly time and place slowly and repeatedly during the general explanation, so even I could understand it, but after everyone dispersed, they checked my understanding every time. The explanations during the city walk can be heard through a transceiver, so it's not a problem even if you walk behind. However, the English was difficult for me, so I didn't understand much. Since we broke up after touring the city's symbols with the guide, there was plenty of free time. I'm glad I joined this tour!

Great tour, guides were very knowledgeable and we had a good time. Tour stopped in Luxembourg first with a short guided tour showing us around the city and the free time to explore. Stopped in Dinant for about an hour on the way back to look around the small town.

The bus is so comfy, the tour guide name is Kariz is very knowledgeable and fun he is very direct about timings, The itinerary of the tour is great. We have our own time to spend in the city. But there is some unexpected incident happen with me and my friend she thought we need to get back in the meeting place at 5:45 instead of 5:30🙈 so the bus left already but thanks god there is another bus who came late and after we asked the guys, they helped us thanks to our savior of that day name ANTONIO & GABI 🤍 they’re so kind and very helpful. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

The bus condition was good, audio tour guide was very attractive with music background and the driver was very nice. But at some bus stop point, I did not understand why the bus stand for some minutes so we decided to hop off the bus and prefer walking.

This place helped me understand the history, manufacturing methods, and variety of Belgian beers, of which there are said to be 800 types. In particular, the service was great: I was able to enjoy two types of beer for free during the tasting, and two beers at the rooftop bar for free. There was also a corner where they recommended beers based on a psychological test, which was a fun way to learn about beer. I was very satisfied with the wide variety of beer-related merchandise available.
Ease of booking on Klook: Booking was easy. You can book in 15-minute increments.
Experience: The sight of glasses and beer bottles on display was impressive. The bottles were rotating on a lane like at a conveyor belt sushi restaurant.
Price: It's cheap considering it includes two beers. The experience was worth it!

Joined this day tour on December 21, 2025. Due to a problem with my mobile data card, I couldn't access the Klook app immediately. The local tour guide was very helpful and immediately turned on a hotspot for us to search. Later, we found out that we were actually on the tour bus across the street 🤣. I am very grateful for his help 👍🏻. On the bus, we were led by a handsome tour guide named Sam, who is proficient in six languages 👍🏻. His English is very beautiful 👍🏻. Everywhere we went, he provided us with detailed introductions to the stories of the attractions and the local culture. Traveling with him is a pleasure 👍🏻 and he took great care of us 😍. I'm very happy that, in addition to seeing the attractions we wanted to visit, we also personally participated in the local Christmas parade. The atmosphere was very harmonious and joyful 🥳. we had a very pleasant tour at Brussels and Bruge. our tour guide Cristina made a group chat where she can easily post reminders about meetups and some recommendations on the restaurants in the area. she always made sure that the group is complete and no one is left behind. she has a friendly vibe that makes you feel comfortable. this tour is highly recommended
