We went on the boat tour twice as there were no northern lights on the first time and they said we can refresh the ticket for free, and luckily it happened the second time once the boat set off. It was easy to rebook without any issues!

Definitely amazing tour. Not a very thrilling adventure, but still you can enjoy the astonishing scenery and learn some glacier knowledge. I would recommend it.

This is definitely the most worthwhile trip in Iceland besides seeing the Northern Lights. 1. First, the only drawback: the check-in location is not very accurate. There are 4 cabins on site, and a campsite next to it, making it easy to miss. The correct check-in location coordinates are 64.016131, -16.968153. 2. Remember to pay the parking fee. The following are all advantages: 3. You can rent waterproof hiking boots on site for 1500 ISK. They are clean and comfortable. You really can just rent them. 4. They strictly enforce standard safe mountaineering procedures, with a guide in front and one at the rear, strictly enforced almost from beginning to end. You definitely don't have to worry about falling behind, super reassuring. 5. The package includes: helmet, climbing harness, crampons. 6. Along the way, you get: *1 ice cave, *2 glacier crevasses, *1 small vertical ice cave exploration with climbing ropes (the climbing ropes are super heavy!!) 7. They will explain the formation of various landforms along the way and make jokes. It is a very relaxing trip. 8. You really climb until you can't climb any further on the glacier (a lot of cracks) before turning back. You are right there in the glacier! 9. The glacier is really blue! 10. There is a gas station & affordable restaurant near the campsite, so you can refuel before leaving. This trip is definitely worth recommending. Be sure to schedule a day to climb a glacier when you come to Iceland, and climb for a long time, it's really super beautiful!!!!

Volacano hike can be challenging as some part of the trails are abit too steep, other than that the trip was all good, leaving enough time for each spot

Guide: Highly recommend this program!! Corona(?) guide, who spent the entire day with us, and Ana, the hiking guide! Both have perfect English at a native speaker level and ended their final greetings with "Thank you"! It seems like everything was the result of dedication and effort. Detailed course explanations and overflowing energy made the trip enjoyable! The hiking difficulty was moderate, and the equipment was perfectly prepared, so even beginners can do it!! Highly recommend!!

Highly recommend going on a glacier hike! The guide's explanations were very informative. The entire trip is quite a distance and requires some stamina, but I think it's totally worth it. Glaciers are disappearing rapidly, so seize the opportunity! If you don't have hiking boots, you can rent them on-site. Rental for two people is 3500 ISK.

I think this tour you need to be brave to approach the guide on how to tie your crampon and request to wear your safety belt. if you shy or not ask anything, you will feel left out. not sure this tour worth or not. we meet the storm so skip one station, but overall I am satisfy because I make time to take photo for my glacier tour around 1 hour plus, you will go into a small ice cave. I feel a bit sad because stuck in snow storm for 3hour. the guide make effort to drive back to city, he himself take care 15 people's in small van. and lead us do hiking on glacier. pick up and drop at my nearby hotel. I'm a bit skinny, every time need catch up with other because the wind almost blow me away. gear provided:ok

Such an undiscovered gem, I absolutely loved this tour and our guide JK was so lovely and gave us so much information along the way. so glad I selected the canyon baths as there is a secret waterfall you can see on the way down. absolutely reccomend through and through.

I had a wonderful experience with this travel agency on the Northern Lights tour. On my first tour, we were unfortunately unable to see the aurora, but the agency kindly offered me another try the next day at no extra cost. On the second tour, I was lucky enough to see a beautiful dancing aurora. The guide also explained the phenomenon clearly, which made the experience even more special. I truly appreciate their professionalism, honesty, and care for their customers. I highly recommend this agency to anyone hoping to see the Northern Lights.
