Pick-up Guidelines

• You must present your Klook voucher upon arrival to redeem your discount/reservation. The restaurant has the right to reject your voucher otherwise
• You can present a mobile voucher for this activity
• The voucher is valid only on the specified date and branch (and time if applicable)
• In case of any disputes, KLOOK Travel Technology Limited and merchant reserves the right of final decision of this voucher.

Things To Note

• Photos are reference only
• Klook offers cannot be combined with other Klook vouchers, nor other promotions, offers, or coupons in-store
• No change or refunds will be given if the bill does not exceed the value of the cash coupon used. If your order exceeds the value of the voucher, you must pay the rest of your bill directly at the restaurant
• In case of any disputes, KLOOK Travel Technology Limited and merchant reserves the right of final decision of this voucher.
• The voucher is valid for redemption from May 1 until September 30, 2025.
• At least 2-day advance reservation with indication of the use of voucher is required and subject to availability. For order and enquiries, please call 2802 8888.
• Cake collection is available daily from 12 - 9 p.m. at Mirage Bar & Restaurant located on 1/F, Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong.
• Customers should present the voucher in digital version to redeem the offer upon pick up.
• Please refer to the labelling on the package regarding the storage condition and best consumption date.
• Please consume the cake on pickup day for optimum taste. Carry the box horizontally, and keep the cake refrigerated at or below 4°C to maintain quality and safety.
• Marriott Bonvoy™ members cannot earn points upon purchase or redemption of vouchers.
• All vouchers can only be used once.  No extension will be allowed.
• No refund, amendment or cancellation will be honoured upon order confirmation.
• The voucher cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
• Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong reserves the right to change the terms & conditions in relation to the use of the vouchers without prior notice.
• In case of disputes, the decision of Renaissance Harbour View Hotel Hong Kong shall be final.

In the unlikely event that you feel that the product/items are not fit for consumption due to damage/quality issues, kindly contact Klook Travel Customer Service Hotline found in your voucher immediately or within 24 hours of collection from the Merchant with photos/videos as proof of evidence. We will provide you with full or partial credit or refund of the products/items purchased PROVIDED ALWAYS that such unsuitability for consumption arises through no fault of your own
