Check out these seven exciting things to do in Singapore that you can add to maximize your vacay!

    1. Avatar: The Experience

    The anticipation for the release of Avatar 2 (Avatar: The Way of Water) is still in the air, and Singapore’s got something to hype you up even more — Avatar: The Experience at Gardens by the Bay! This event is an immersive walkthrough that will give you a glimpse of the alien world of Pandora, where you can explore mystical creatures, flora, and even the culture of Pandora’s indigenous people, the Na’vi. Divided into different zones, you will first see a stunning waterfall with a banshee sculpture, then a life-sized banshee that will shock you with its realistic roars, and a baby banshee that you can interact with through an expert puppeteer. Feel free to take photos with the baby banshee to commemorate your visit!
    Important Note: This event will run from 28 Oct 2022 to 31 Mar 2023.

    2. Doraemon Exhibit

    If you grew up watching the iconic life of Doraemon and his best bud, Nobita, then this event is one that you can’t miss: the first-ever Doraemon Exhibit outside Japan, it’s well worth your time to stop by the National Museum of Singapore for this attraction! Marvel at an array of contemporary art pieces showcasing the life of Doraemon in different techniques like painting, graphics, sculptures, and photography. Original drawings from the legendary creator, Fujiko F. Fujio, will also be displayed in the exhibit, titled “MANGA DORAEMON Original Drawings Exhibition”!
    Important Note: This event will run from 5 Nov 2022 to 5 Feb 2023.

    3. A Minion’s Perspective

    Step into the goofy world of the Minions when you visit A Minion’s Perspective Exhibit in Resorts World Sentosa! With eight themed zones for you to explore — the Mini-theatre, Film showcase, Fart machine stimulator, Gru’s Lab, The Girl’s Room with a mega-sized Fluffy, Villains, Minions Zone, and Minion Age, you’re sure to enjoy an action-packed visit. We highly recommend the Minions Zone if you’re down for some fun interactive games like building a Minion, playing Minion-themed arcade games, and taking a test to find out which Minion you are!  
    Once you’ve dropped by all the zones, get yourself an exclusive Despicable Me or Minions merch from the souvenir store to commemorate your visit!

    4. The Sound of Music

    The world’s best-loved musical, The Sound of Music, has finally returned to Singapore! Get inspired by the story of Maria, the fun and loving governess who reintroduced the family of Captain von Trapp and his seven children to music, during the outbreak of World War II.
    The original broadway production won five Tony Awards, and the film adaptation starring Julie Andrews as Maria won five Oscars! It will be a spectacular experience, so make sure to have your loved ones tag along too!

    5. Singapore Comic Con

    The Singapore Comic Con is back, so gear up for two days of fun, games, and cosplay! This is your chance to meet your favorite comic book artists, toy and figure creators, and many cosplayers. Explore different toys and collectibles on display, as well as massive comic book collections! There’ll surely be something here for anyone who loves comics, animation, and gaming.
    Klook Tip: It’s more fun to attend the event dressed as your favorite character, so don’t be shy and get your comic con suit on!

    6. Jumptopia: Festive Village

    Families will love this next event on our list — Jumptopia: Festive Village, perfect for the holiday season! If you still haven’t found anything to do for the holidays, then head on over to Jumptopia, where the Kiztopia Friends will accompany you to seven different zones in their village — the Tiger’s Sleigh, Bell’s Gingerbread House, Drago’s X’mas Land, Mark’s Carnival, Happy’s Snow Globe, Eli’s Tub, and Haribo’s Birthday with Honey! We highly suggest you drop by Eli’s Tub if you enjoy playing around inside ball pits just like we do!
    Klook Tip: Make sure to pack extra clothes because you might sweat after all the jumping!

    7. Museum of Ice Cream

    Though this last one is not exactly a new attraction in Singapore, it’s still one that you can’t miss. The Museum of Ice Cream will welcome you to a world of sweetness and everything pink — unlimited ice cream with so many toppings to choose from, photo zones here and there, a unicorn playground, and their own take on the ball pit pool, just make it sprinkles! Relive your childhood dreams here and get ready to be transported into the world of ice cream!
