It's fairly easy to commute to and from the stadium, you can take the train to the Stadium MRT Station via the Circle Line or book private transfers that can pick you up from anywhere and take you directly to the stadium.
If you're opting to take the train, that same Circle Line can easily take you to the Marina Bay area as well as Dhoby Ghaut, a major interchange station that has a ton of Instagrammable cafes and boutiques to discover!
