Tour Departure and Vehicle Arrangement Minimum group size: 5 people. If the minimum number is not reached, you will be notified of cancellation 1 day before departure. Vehicle arrangement: 10-seater / 14-seater vehicle (adjusted according to the number of participants; specific vehicle type cannot be specified). Driver and guide: For vehicle types with 14 seats or less, a Chinese-speaking driver will also serve as the guide, providing simple explanations inside the vehicle, but no guided tours outside the vehicle. Passenger calculation: Infants and children must also be included in the number of passengers, please confirm in advance. Child seats are not provided for this activity, please be aware. Itinerary Arrangement and Changes The itinerary time will be adjusted according to the actual situation on the day. In case of traffic jams, severe weather, etc., the tour guide may adjust the order of attractions or reduce part of the itinerary, please understand. Joining a group tour means you cannot leave the group or depart early. If you leave the group midway, it will be regarded as a voluntary abandonment, and no refund will be provided. You will be responsible for any accidents that occur during the subsequent itinerary. Seasonal limited activities (cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, fireworks, illuminations, etc.) are greatly affected by the weather, and the best viewing period cannot be guaranteed. If no official cancellation notice is received, the original plan will be followed, and no refunds will be given due to the flowering period being less than expected. Once the meeting point is confirmed, please do not change it temporarily. If you are unable to board the bus due to personal reasons, no refund will be given. Space inside the vehicle is limited. Each person can bring up to 1 piece of luggage. Please inform us in advance. If the vehicle becomes crowded due to temporary luggage, the tour guide has the right to refuse boarding, and no refund will be given. This tour is a group tour, and you may be in the same vehicle with passengers who speak different languages, please understand. Fees and Additional Charges The itinerary does not include lunch. The driver can provide dining suggestions, and passengers can arrange their own meals within the specified time. If you need to charter a private tour, please contact us in advance and we will try our best to arrange it. The total duration of the itinerary shall not exceed 10 hours. If the time is exceeded, additional fees will be incurred (¥5,000-10,000/hour), please be aware.
