In January 2020, I went to Norway with my friends, from Oslo to Bergen, then to Voss, and finally back to Oslo. The scenery along the way is beautiful, the seats are good, and there is no uncomfortable feeling during the long-distance journey. It was just a little bit slower when I went to Bergen. I missed a train and waited for a long time. However, there are many shops in the station, which can kill time. But Bergen station is really beautiful, with a winery feel, while Voss is white again, but the lake facing out is really open and the scenery is unforgettable. . .

I am most disappointed with my Eurail Norway ( Mobile Pass) booking. Not only was there no help in Norway in the weekend, but there was no help on Monday too. In fact there is NO EURAIL PRESENCE in Oslo Station at all!! When I sought Klook’s help, my chat was constantly terminated due to a short absence of one minute which I used to check the information required from the agent. In total, I had 5 agents who in a short span of time, ended my chat due to this. How is this helpful??? I was desperate and was looking for the info required and then everything ended. I had to restart all over again with another agent! Also, the instructions for the mobile pass was very generic and mot helpful for someone who is not savvy with digital activities. Why can’t Klook offer a paper pass for Wurail Norway??? How is this helpful to travellers who are not comfortable with digitalisation? My $500 worth of Eurail tickets could not be used because I didn’t know how to add the pass as a group! I regret buying from Eurail Mobile Pass and I’m not happy with Klook’s services! I will not be buying from Klook for my future travels!

It’s really convenient, as long as you start using the billing and then fill in the date before each use.
