Our Lobby Lounge is a peaceful sanctuary that looks onto a lush garden with water features. Inspired by typical Hong Kong fare, offerings include reinterpretations of nostalgic local dishes, a drinks menu with Asian-inspired cocktails, homemade soft drinks and unique local specialities such as Yuanyang and Silk Stocking Tea. Aside from local specialities, an array of cakes and patisseries, crafted by our Pastry Chef, Jerome Husson, are available at Lobby Lounge throughout the day.

Lobby Lounge newly presents the Enchanted Winter Black Truffle Afternoon Tea from January 5 to March 1, offering a sublime selection of savoury and sweet delicacies crafted with the finest black truffle and seasonal ingredients.
This luxurious journey begins with a silky Black Truffle and Chestnut Velouté, followed by an exquisite array of savouries including Black Truffle Panna Cotta, Egg Salad Sandwich with Black Truffle Cream, Foie Gras Rocher, and a Prawn Sandwich with Salmon Roe. The indulgence continues with a curated assortment of desserts, featuring the adorable strawberry-shaped Korean Strawberry Cake, rich Dark Chocolate and Sobacha Cake, refreshing Mandarin and Mango Cake, and a delicate Chestnut Parfait.
