Booking Requirements
- The driver or lessee must be at least aged 18+ with a driver's license valid for at least 12 month(s) before the expiration date
- If you are between 18 and 20 years old and possess a valid heavy motorcycle license, you must complete and sign the Legal Guardian Consent Form when renting a vehicle. Please submit it upon vehicle pick-up.
ID Type
- Taiwanese travelers: Please present your Taiwan driver's license and ID card.
- Foreign Visitors: Please present your Taiwan ID, original passport, valid international driving permit from a reciprocal country (Category A section must have a permit stamp), original driver's license from your country of origin, and a credit card (VISA cards not accepted) when picking up the vehicle. The rental company will verify these documents at the time of pick-up.
- Due to Taiwan law, car rental services are not available to driver's license holders from non-reciprocal countries (e.g., South Korea, Thailand, China). Electric bicycles, which do not require a driver's license, are available instead. Please also note that regulations stipulate electric bicycles are limited to one rider.

- Please follow traffic rules and regulations. The operator is not responsible for any damages or traffic violations incurred by the lessee
- Driving while intoxicated by alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited
- Helmets must be worn at all times.
- Please return the scooter to the original rental location.
- To protect the rights and interests of passengers, in the event of an accident, vehicle damage, theft, or other incidents, please preserve the scene, immediately report the incident to the police, and do not settle with the other party privately. Also, immediately notify the rental company for assistance; otherwise, you will be liable for compensation.
- The renter (driver) must present their own valid identification. Do not lend the scooter to others during the rental period; the shop will only seek compensation from the renter for any issues that arise.

Very easy to take and return. The person in charge are able to speak some English in case you speak 0 chinese. They'll give uou the motorcycle and let you go. Same thing when returning, come back, and just give it back and done. Very easy and straightforward. I was able to go to several places in a day.
I happened to catch a promotional price, only 500 NTD for 48 hours. The rental shop is conveniently located across from 7-Eleven, next to Tainan Train Station's front exit, less than a 3-minute walk away. The staff were very friendly. The scooter provided that day was in good condition, though the brakes were a little tight, but it rode perfectly fine. Renting and returning the scooter was easy. They provided a helmet and a disposable head cover for hygiene, and luggage storage was available.
The vehicle was in excellent condition, the staff were very friendly, and the price was very reasonable. We were able to ride around to many beautiful spots in Tainan and eat a lot of delicious food! Vehicle condition: Excellent!
It's really convenient to be able to rent a scooter from a creative scooter shop just a three-minute walk from Tainan Train Station through Klook. Plus, you can choose a comfortable scooter to explore Tainan. It's definitely worth renting again on my next trip to Tainan, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

The condition of the motorcycle is OK, it feels like it has experienced vicissitudes. The brake sound is quite loud, you have to ride slowly, but overall I am satisfied, thank you 🙏🏻
The location of the cultural and creative car rental is great. They provide clean helmets, the vehicles are in new condition, and there are phone charging ports, which is very convenient. Also, the trunk comes with a complimentary raincoat. I will choose this car rental company again next time.

The owner and colleagues of Wenchuang Motorcycle are very attentive and give detailed introductions. They provide raincoats, Tainan food maps, and a variety of helmets (including condoms). The motorcycle has a USB charging port and a mobile phone holder. The motorcycle is in very good condition and is very easy to ride. Next time if I go to Tainan again, I will choose the cultural and creative motorcycle!
